Elmsbrook Local Centre: A Step Towards a Zero-Carbon Future
The Elmsbrook Local Centre is a new development in north-east Oxfordshire, part of the zero-carbon, mixed-use town centre in North West Bicester. This project embraces sustainable design and is a key part of the area’s commitment to environmentally responsible living.
For the cladding, we supplied Anthracite Grey Colour Aluminium (RAL 7016) from The Metal Roof Company, using varying widths to create a dynamic, modern finish. This aluminium perfectly complements the project’s aim to deliver a high-quality, low-impact town centre.
We were keen to be involved, as this project aligns with our values of supporting sustainable, eco-friendly developments. The architectural design, provided by ADP Architecture, offers a glimpse of what this community will look like—a space built for the future, with a focus on reducing carbon emissions and improving environmental impact.
If you’re looking to make a sustainable choice for your next project, get in touch. Whether it’s SSAB GreenCoat PLX or our new 0.8mm high-grade Aluminium coil for standing seam roofing and cladding, we’d be happy to discuss how our materials can bring your vision to life.
