The Knepp Estate in West Sussex, designed by Kaner Olette Architects, recently underwent an expansive development focused on sustainability and rewilding. The Metal Roof Company was thrilled to contribute by supplying eco-friendly SSAB GreenCoat® PLX Pural for the Wilding Kitchen & Shop, featuring a vivid Tile Red finish for the main building and a Mountain Grey Pural color for the rear, complemented by matching rainwater gutters. Covering 380 M² with Swedish Steel, this project not only promotes environmental responsibility but also enhances the aesthetic of the historic farmland.

This comprehensive scheme includes yoga yurts, a café, restaurant, farm shop, interpretive displays, and external spaces, with plans for a future meeting hall. The use of high-quality, sustainable materials throughout the estate has been integral to providing a top-tier experience while underscoring the estate’s commitment to low-tech, eco-friendly building practices.
