These images display the refurbishment of the former Rock House and Royal Pier Hotel, a prominent Grade II listed 20,000 sq. ft building located next to the Royal Pier in Somerset. The building now houses 17 luxury apartments of various sizes, including four duplex penthouses.
GreenCoat PLX metal roofing material in Verdigris Copper colour was used to create an aged copper appearance. The installation techniques used by the metal roofing contractors for GreenCoat PLX would have been similar to the installation techniques used for copper roofing and cladding. The benefit of Verdigris GreenCoat PLX was an immediate aged copper effect that blended with the age and looks of the original listed building.
